Create Your Account
Start with a free Pet Parent Portal account.
Add Your Pet's Information
Tell us about your pet(s) and upload current vaccine records.
Request Care
Use the pet parent portal to request services, including daycare, boarding, spa appointments, and a Town Welcome Visit when group play is requested.
What You Can Do in the Portal
Through the Pet Parent Portal, you can:
