We would be happy to show families around by appointment.Because pets may be resting, playing, or settling in, tours will need to be scheduled in advance.

No. Reservation requests are reviewed by our team and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Our Pup Town.

Yes, you can use the Gingr for Pet Parents mobile app to manage your pet’s information and reservation requests. Use invite code 501829 to find Our Pup Town.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations are made through our online Gingr client portal. New families will start by creating an account and sharing basic information about their pet.

For dogs joining daycare, the first step is a Town Welcome Visit so we can get to know your dog, introduce them to the space, and make sure Our Pup Town is a good fit.

How do I create a Pet Parent Portal account?

Use the Create Account button on our website to set up your free Pet Parent Portal account. From there, you can add your pet’s information, upload vaccine records, and request reservations.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through the Pet Parent Portal and at the facility.A 3% credit card surcharge applies to card payments. Any remaining balance is due according to the terms shown with your reservation.We also accept cash.
